Turbo Tax is the best!I usually don't have any questions when doing my taxes. But, my circumstances have changed and I had several questions to ask. I had a couple of Chats and one phone call from Karen. The Chats were helpful, but Karen really helped the most complicated questions over the phone.

TurboTax is still ok...... but that constant drumbeat to MAX out on the expense getting an online person was annoying, a little bit deceptive (in how many which ways they tried) and I wish that they wouldn't push it so hard.

FAST AND EASYI went to a different tax service and they said return would be free. NOT. $79.99 Also had a lot of trouble with E-File Tax doing my input. Turbo Tax was smooth and easy... Thank you

You charge way too much for this serviceYou guys are charging way too much for simple processing fees and service fees. You're getting a little greedy don't you think? Might want to consider what you're charging before another company starts out doing you.
