I swear that I could do this much quicker if I didn't need to decline the upsell every other screen. 2) I have an easy-peasy return & was charged an extra $59 b/c I have 1 taxable brokerage account

The smoothness of the user interface makes the experience less frustrating for anyone not comfortable with filing taxes. Even with any questions, they have answers, explanations, and recommendations for any issues that may arise. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone seeking a smooth experience. And with the different tiers of support, you can get the level of security that feels comfortable regarding your tax filing situation.
