Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failure to update I had to use the program on a 2nd computer as Turbotax was unable to load update only PC. Every time it tried I got an error 163. I tried all the things suggested, including downloading the patch, and it still would not load the update - and therefore I was unable to efile the return. Fortunately I had the program installed on a different computer (a MAC), that was able to read the file and I was able to upload. But it played the process and took additional time to complete what should have been easy taxes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accurate and Easy to use I switched to TurboTax this year because I use a brokerage and can import my pdf forms to fill out all of my investing taxes instead of entering them manually. Their quick to navigate menus and walkthroughs are worth every penny!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax is expensive i am absolutley floored at the fee to file my taxes there used to be an option to do it for nothing now it cost me a 1/3 of what im getting back when there isnt much to begin with..
