Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfied with the overall TurboTax experience. I thought I was getting FREE filing software. I did NOT! It cost me $119!!! Also, TurboTax charged me an extra $39 for electronic filing. I will NOT use Turbo Tax again!!!!!

They go through my financials with a fine-toothed comb -- and some lightness/humor along the way -- so I never have to worry that I've forgotten anything. Thank you, to all the software professionals, the writers, the people in charge of design, and, of course, the tax experts that make this on-line filing easy.
