Rated 2 out of 5 by William North from Not a Good ExperienceAfter I finished my return on June 12, 2023, I was not able to gain access to my return. I kept getting an error message to reinstall the program which was not available when I signed in online until August. I again went online in August expecting to have to buy the program again only to find it available for download. I reinstalled the program along with the 2021 program and was able to get what I need. Because of my long past successful relationship with Turbo Tax, I will continue to use the program in the immediate future. I hope this issue never happens again.
