My experienceI felt that the turbotax algorythm was less clear this year than in years before. New information especially was not fully explained and there was no way in the algorythm to find an answer.

The user friendly aspect of TurboTax is goneI've used TurboTax for multiple year; but each year, it becomes more and more difficult to navigate. In addition, I paid more to "do my own taxes with TurboTax than my daughter did to hire a professional. The prices have gotten ridiculous
