I did have to correct a few things that the program seemed to skip over, but it may have been my urgency to get it done causing me to be less thorought han the program could handle.

I thought they were using more transparent practices… but a very simple return just cost me over $220 instead of the $139 I was expecting. Cheap shot.

I am a small business owner and I need help sorting through all the "stuff". I'll never do my taxes without a live person helping again.
