Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but too expensive In my opinion this was a high charge. I did everything myself and chose to pay with my refund, but to pay that way costs $39. That was ridiculous. I was okay paying $59 for the platform and ease of doing taxes. But if I would have known it adds $39 to pay that way I would have paid with a debit card, or had a human do it for me...
