Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX is AWESOME! WOW! first time ever using Turbo Tax software. I was always a HR Block person. I'm truly blown away by the user design and interface with this software. I have no complaints, all praise! If you are filing business taxes, it's easily the software of choice, PERIOD! My experience was phenomenal and will be using it in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax premium is overated for regular employees You would have done and gotten the same work done with our premium. I wouldn't opt to premium if you are after max refunds as a normal employee.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbotax is cumbersome YOu would think that after you entered all hte information painfully by hand it would automatically give and analysis of filing jointly or married seperate. But you must enter everything again. Stupid

The first live tax expert that helped me didn't really help me and didn't make things more understandable for me. He only answered one question and left. The second live tax expert helped me a lot. She answered three of my questions and made sure I understood in detail. I probably wouldn't use this service again.
