Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full Service is a waste of money First and foremost, my tax agent, Gregory, was phenomenal. He was very patient and knowledgeable. However, the ads for Turbo Tax full service makes it seem as though I would just be sending in my documents and my taxes would be done for me. Maybe I would need to double check a few things, but overall it would be hands off. Turns out, I paid $400 to sit on the phone for 2.5 hours with my agent while he filled in the blanks for me. If I had known this was what ‘full service’ entailed, I absolutely would have done them myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be any easier! Turbo Tax has always been my preferred software to do my taxes. It helps me keep track by having my information available year after year. Updates are always a breeze and they are always current with tax law changes. Easy and simple, just the way I like it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as User Friendly as it leads on Whie complete state taxes I encountered an error on the 502 Form. I spoke with 3 different customer service reps for about two hours with one rep hanging up as soon as we screen shared. That brought me to having to contact customer service all over again. The last representative I reached, whose name is Marie, was very helpful in helping me complete and transmit my taxes. There seems to be an error in the system once you get to the 502 form. Marie was the only rep to assist me with understanding why I ran into that error message within 15 minutes of our call. There is an article that she found where another user had the same issue in January 2023. Marie was able to tell me how to fill the 502 form in order to move forward with my submission. Thank You MARIE!! :) I believe her employee ID# 1516335758
