Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems with Schedule D I tried to enter information on Form 1040, Schedule D. I was told to upgrade to Premium. I upgraded, and then found no way to complete and submit Schedule D. I upgraded to Premium and got no benefit. Also - so many interruptions to upgrade and buy additional services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes Done in an Hour! Smart & Friendly Support!! I have been using TurboTax for a couple of decades. I remember when it used to be TurboTax CD's on my computer. Having the TurboTax option was alway a relief compared to having collect everything and bring it into someone. Only to realize you could have done yourself and answered the questions yourself. Completed my taxes in 1 HOUR! There was friendly, trustworthy, and intelligent support all around me. Feels like Family. I already miss the few people I worked with when I had quick questions from the comfort of my home. David and Sherri! Thank you!
