Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing When entering info, I wanted to enter the amounts for SSA. When entering the tab goes blank and then I have to enter the data into the forms. Took some time to figure that out. I expected it to go directly to the entry for SSA.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software Bugs and Hard to find Contact Numbeer Have been using TurboTax for many years, however, this year I had numerous software bugs and was even told to answer question in the inverse because of software issue. Also it is EXTREMELY difficult to find the actual telephone number to get real person for assistance. Once there the "AI" that keeps asking your name never works. Very frustrating!

The turbotax support is courteous, efficient and patient
