Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Tax Filing with Turbo Tax I've been using Turbo Tax for so many years and it's always been great. I always do my tax without the help from the Turbo Tax experts. The system walked you through step by step, as long as you have all your documentations in front of you. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax isn't bad, but could be better I will say it's really easy to file with them, even if you stay with the cheaper option it is very helpful. The main issue I have with this service is that I have done this for 8 years with them and they never offer a lower price. If anything the price increases annually for using their service and on top of that they charge an additional amount to do it using direct deposit. I think in the future I will be filing differently.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sneaky with the fees I wanted to do a simple FREE tax return but simply because I put money in my 401K I had to upgrade to the $49 filing. Then right before you file they tack on another $59 for State filing and another $39 fee for paying with your refund (they don't tell you that up front when you choose that option). So I thought I was going to pay $49...already against my will....but then ended up having to pay $147 at the end. If I hadn't spend an hour entering all the information, I would have just cancelled and used another site. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TURBO TAX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and user friendly The service is very easy to understand and does a lot of process automatically. I am grateful for it. I do question how many third parties they might be using but for the time and brain-fry it saves me, I'll take it.
