Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hidden charges, more difficulte to use I've used TurboTax for years, but it is not as user friendly as it used to be. Also, I really hate the HIDDEN charges, just to get your State Refund automatically deposited. When it says it's FREE, it should be free.

I was pleased at the speed and accuracy, as well as the reasonable charge for this service. In addition, my financial advisor, who handles huge accounts professionally, advised me that he himself uses TurboTax for his personal tax filing. (He told me this after I told him I was using TurboTax as my accountant I had used for 20+ years suddenly retired.)

I had a question come up about a form I needed to delete and I called the customer service number and they knew exactly what to do! I would definitely use TurboTax again in the future.
