Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product does NOT better with Age Q & A format is helpful for navigating your taxes. As your experience with filing increases, this feature is less helpful and feels more cumbersome and slow. No way to navigate to forms used in your tax filing. Importing documents created errors in the forms. I had to delete them and manually enter the information in order to file my taxes. There was no way to edit the form, even in the review process, it wanted me to edit the thing that was correct. The error was in another field I could not correct. I had paid for the TurboTax product but could not complete my return because of the errors. After deleting the forms that I deduced the errors were in, I was able to enter them manually and file my taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much easier than I thought it would be! I consider myself "financially illiterate", in that I've had my taxes done by a professional since I was 18. I have no idea how the system works, and now that I've moved to another state, I was terrified to do my taxes myself. I had a not-so-great experience with a nationally known tax preparer and came to TurboTax to see if I *actually* owed taxes or if some of my situations weren't considered by said preparer. Originally, I was told that I owed federal taxes by the preparer (who apparently didn't consider my LLC in any of his calculations) but I came to TurboTax, followed all of the steps they guided me through, and it turns out I am getting a refund of over $2,000! (Not to mention a state tax refund of over $800!) The process wasn't intimidating at all, it was so easy. I feel empowered now to continue to use this year after year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax Asked too many questions multiple times. Asking about vehicles on federal then again on state. Can't this be downloaded from the previous year also then edited if necessary? Was told State would take nine minutes; it took closer to 20 minutes. Overall a good product. Have used it since 2015.
