I have very complicated taxes - oil and gas royalties; partnerships; sole proprietorship - and this takes care of all of them. The interview seems to improve every year. I **do need** a better interview process for inputting oil and gas royalties (in multiple states). Otherwise, I'm very happy with the program.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from they just want your money i went into this thinking it would be 0 for the federal and some cash for the state and now im out almost $200 after all was said and done. im paying taxes to do my taxes with you which is wild. i also did my taxes with you last year and it seems you didnt even know that. i went as far as paying for the top one so i could get help with it. than i get to the part where it asks how im gonna pay the almost $200 and i can either pay with a credit card or you will so graciously take it out of my own federal income with just a SMALL CONVENIENCE FEE of $39. such an inconvenience to wait the 21 maybe days along with my for my money from the government. THANKS INTUIT TURBOTAX. i guess the convenience fee can help that 141 million dollar lawsuit that was filed against you. you guys are great. hope next time you get sued its for treason

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One box on one form increases my costs Having one line on one form, which doesn't change my deduction or what I owe changes the required software from free to the highest level. This then increases what I pay for the software automatically for state taxes as well. This is not well communicated in advertising. This was still a better deal the other software sites as it allowed me to itemize items in my state taxes to get a better return. The software was very easy and quick to use.

Each year has been seamless and the process takes my nerves away. I highly recommend it. Of course I could have filed the Donald Trump way, but I'm a better person than that! HA!
