Had a great experience this year I was behind a year and was unaware and didn’t know what to do the program broke it down very simple for me and the person I called and video chatted with turbo tax helped me till we found the problem it was great!

Directions are clear and you can click into helpful hints if there are any questions. Nonetheless, for anything important like income taxes do not use unless you have had a little previous computer experience. This type of program is NOT for newbies. You need a little understanding of how to run a program (what to click like boxes to enter data, etc.) as well as what documents you have or need to use for your input.
