Software continues to say I have an investment in Kinder Morgan which I don't have Unable to delete. Haven't had this investment for over 5 years, but continues to pre populate return Snaky price increase and erroneous pre populating return described above will make me consider other software next year.,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's Done! My tax situation is pretty simple, but since I only do it once a year, it gives me just enough time to forget what I learned the year before! I have started keeping copious notes, and that's helped, but I also rely on telephone calls with TT Experts to guide me through the bumpy bits. For years I struggled with how to print out returns for extreme scrutiny after paying but before filing, and I still don't understand why it's such a dance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Constant attempts to upsell and unresolved glitch 1. There were constant attempts to upsell to more expensive version of Turbo Tax. 2. There was a glitch in the reporting of income from Form 1099-NEC. It kept telling me to resolve a problem with 1099-NEC Box 1 Schedule C but there was no way to access Schedule C or resolve the issue. The program eventually allowed me to delete the worksheet that was causing the problem.
