Rated 3 out of 5 by from convenient I've been using turbo tax for years and i am very disappointed with how expensive it got. It used to be free with a small fee for state taxes. Probably wont be using it next year. :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used for years but disappointed in setup this year I purchased the standard version and found I needed to upgrade to the Premier. Once I did that I found the things i needed were not in the download version and then I had to get access to the online. I could not transfer what I had done in the download version so I had to start over. I found that there was an additional cost for online, a tech gave me a code but it did not work so I had to pay over $200 for my Turbo Tax software along with my time. I think I will go use a professional next year. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from UX and customer support ON POINT! The one critique that I have of the UI is that it progresses as a FLOW but doesn't give me an easy way to VISUALIZE ALL THE STEPS. But the internal search engine did provide with me some helpful guides which told me exactly what I needed to know.
