I loved useing turbo tax. The price was even managable, they take it right out of your return and send you the rest. With a life-time guanrantee how can you not be happy with that? totally satisfied

Rated 4 out of 5 by from e-file confirmation Please! Please! Please! Improve the efile aspect of Turbo Tax. We were mis-led 2 years ago thinking that the fed tax forms had been sent. And this year, I had to go back in a couple times to find that areas as they had not been transmitted. How about a big window to the top that ensures one has completed that step...and if they have not, it takes them back to the pages which precede it. There is more ambiguity in e-filing than in all the rest of the Turbo tax program. Please improve it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last year of TURBO TAX I liked Turbo Tax for the last 25+ years but I will be switching to H R Block next year. I had to pay an extra $45 to complete my state tax, on top of $25 to e file, and original $55 for Federal tax.
