Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Overall very good experience. Some of the changes from last year are not as user friendly in my opinion. For example it seemed to be easier to move back and forth between various financial statements (1099-R etc) before but I was still able to do what was needed.

It is bad enough that I can't put the legal name of the entity in but then your error message doesn't tell you how many characters so I had to iterate multiple times and the neame is nothing close to what it should be. I hope I do not have an issue. Not to mention the states are never ready in a timely manner ....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, Easy, Able to Help This is the first year I've used Turbo Tax. I had been using a tax service but changes in my income have made it so I don't have to deal with itemized deductions. I didn't want to spend $161 to get back a small amount of $ (making my refund even smaller)!. I had questions about student loan interest and an expert did an online chat with me and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. The one thing I will say, is to make sure you have your previous year's tax forms available as Turbo Tax needs some information from them in order for the filing. Otherwise, it's easy to use, I completed it very quickly and feel confident that it was filed correctly.
