Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is getting worse over time I could not get a PDF view of my returns, I waited for a long time to get this but it never showed up. I entered data from the wrong year once and it was never flagged. This is basic check the year of the document and at least warn the user that they maybe making a mistake. Because of the above figuring out what forms to delete was not easy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saved more than TaxAct I had more income than last year, and had to pay. The data import with TurboTax is significantly more robust and helped calculate taxes better. I'll stick with TurboTax in the future

I got immediate responses and they asked additional questions to be sure I understood the answers.
