Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced now I had to pay $59 for fed and $59 for state upgrade to claim a childcare expenses, then $39 to get both state and fed deposited together, it was more expensive to up upgrade than my actual break from those, there is only benefit for turbo tax there and no benefit of reporting that for me, costs me more.

They do make things pretty easy if you use them every year, by saving your information and automatically filling it in whenever possible. For the past few years it recommended I use their deluxe option to file, then this year the only options they allowed me to select from were their premium and the next more expensive option (the name for which currently escapes me). My income and tax situation had not changed significantly since last year, in fact my situation was arguably less complex since I was filing as single (as opposed to separated/divorced or married) so it was not clear why they required me to use one of the two most expensive options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got 'er Done!!! Great experience! We did utilize the chat with a live agent a couple of times. Very helpful and talked us through some issues we were having with one form. The program really walks you through step by step. Loved it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Non-Reimbursed Business Expense (Forms Error) The Step-by-Step feature for the non-reimbursed business expenses (vehicle mileage) appears to work fine, but when I went to the Forms (worksheet), and stepped through the process, the incorrect lines were called out for subtracting one value from another. If you use the Form worsheet and fill in the numbers from the correct line sums, you get the right result. The line callouts are just incorrect (possibly an artifact of previous years worksheet).
