Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product Confusion When Using Turbotax Deluxe, I had to account for the sale of second home and I thought I needed Premier. I purchased the upgrade for $37 only to find out I needed Premium. I paid $119 for Premium only to find out that it is not a software download and had to use the online version. It wouldn't pull my data from the Premier or Deluxe, so I had to start over. When I filed, it wouldn't recognize my 2021 TurboTax filing record. I also lived in IL, moved to FL (work), then had to move back to IL (work again). The program does not allow for these changes. Very frustrated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Issues with State return review Overall this is a great service, I've used turbo tax for years. When reviewing my state (OH) form, I was prompted to fill in missing information. I had to enter data into a box above the form vs. in the form itself. I was unable to determine exactly where in the form the data was to be entered and I could not go back. Example: Missing locality where income was earned to local taxes. I had 3 lines here and did not know which I was being prompted to populate.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buggy, Some functions dont work. Had to call Help The import of investment income had a bug requirirng a call to the help desk. Someof the details of the 1099 were not carried over requirirng correction. The QR code function to upload a paper 1099 did not work at all!!
