Rated 3 out of 5 by from Step by Step Guidance Failed This is the third year in a row that Step by Step Guidance has failed to work in the deductions section. This has forced me to open the forms mode and enter information manually and directly into the deductions form worksheets. When I select the Step by Step deduction it immediately goes to a blank screen and refuses any input except going back to the initial deduction screen where you the option for step by step or self guided topics. I have reported this previously to Turbo Tax and spoke to a customer service rep but got no real help. This year I did not waste my time calling TurboTax.
