Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wish going back to make updates were easier Getting halfway through State taxes, and realizing I need to go back and verify something in Federal, but the only way to do that is to click back to the beginning of the entire section and click through all steps after that again is an annoying waste of my time. Still, the results I got from filing with TurboTax looked a lot more like what I was expecting them to than they did with the other service I was using. If only TurboTax took navigating between sections more seriously. And if there is a way to do this, please make it more obvious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Assisted is the Way to GO! I was helped by Ian and he was awesome! He kept working at finding a solution to two problems that had plagued me for so long that I had almost given up hope on doing my taxes on my own. It was a great experience and I would trust him and Turbo Tax again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Costs too much! Entry of data is easy, and program is a little slow but good. But it always makes me upgrade, and it charges for everything I do?! This year the cost was over half my refund, and state was 10x's my refund. Ridiculous. I'll be purchasing it from Sam's Club next year, and doing my own state taxes.
