I love how Turbo Tax pulls from other sites and allows you to upload documents for efficiency. My only negative feedback is the charge for the return being direct deposited.

We don't have extra items to include like rental properties, stocks, etc. so for us it's just our family, home, and career related expenses. Everything is always so seamless and easy. This goes for their great customer service team too! Everyone is friendly and does a great job of doing all they can to resolve your issue.
