Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Desktop Experience Blows Wow, I'm stunned how far apart the departure is from online to desktop. I was required to file my taxes via the desktop because I missed the Oct 17 extension deadline in 2022. I know my bad, but the extra constraint on me falling through the cracks was that I paid Turbo Tax for nothing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was frustrating I bout my TurboTax at Costco this year and came home to realize my two new computers don't have a disc drive. It would have been a good idea to know that I should have used the Costco information to start my taxes because by the time this 80-year-old citizen got to the end of the process (starting with TurboTax emails), and after being told not to worry about the payment until the end, I discovered I had to start over and open the Costco bought TurboTax. I am too old and tired to do that so I had to pay more than twice the price to complete my taxes this year, plus the annoyance of returning the product to Costco.!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TTax is not perfect! I've been using TTax for 23 years, but still get frustrated with bugs which only points to quality of the testing. Found one in 2022 software, reported it in some way, not sure it will get attention. There is no clear path to report issues.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WALKS YOU THROUGH; HOUSE SALE SECTION CONFUSING FOR THE MOST PART, THE PROGRAM WORKS WELL. i FOUND THE HOUSE SALE SECTION A LITTLE CONFUSING, AND THE PROGRAM WENT WONKY ON ME SHOWING MY CAPITAL GAINS WHICH WAS WELL BELOW THE $250,000 LIMIT AS INCOME. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THAT SECTION AND FILLED IN PAGES THAT WEREN'T THERE THE FIRST TIME, IT SELF-CORRECTED. FILING THE STATE FORM WAS EASY FOR 4 MONTHS IN NEW MEXICO. NO NEED TO FILE STATE FOR NEW HAMPSHIRE (I DID NOT HAVE INTEREST OR DIVIDENDS OVER THE MAXIMUM LIMIT. I DIDN'T LEARN ABOUT THAT EXCEPTION UNTIL I COMPLETED THE FORM.)
