Rated 3 out of 5 by from Eh... I've used TurboTax for several years, but this year I was frustrated. I paid extra for a higher level of service that was supposed to allow me to chat with a "live tax expert" and yet when I clicked it, they wanted me to go up yet another step. Overall, I paid $189 to spend over 4 hours doing my taxes myself. Last year I had them done (for the first time in 10 years) for $310. I'm now more than willing to pay the extra $120 to get 4 hours of my life back, especially when I'm still not 100% sure they were done correctly since they wouldn't allow me to "chat with an expert."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax - great comforting and helpful service Turbotax's platform has overall been very easy to use in terms of actually filing. I have had some difficulties when it comes down to purchase of different product versions and the process of actually submitting and having to go through the process of e-filing again (which was not a big deal because Turbotax saved the documents even though it didn't appear to). I was really scared when I thought I lost all my tax return documents but TurboTax's team has been very helpful in every issue I have had and made me that much more likely to use Turbotax aside from a couple of functional issues.
