Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years And wouldn't use anything (or anyone) else! Started with just my employment, but when I started a small business, I had a pro do them both for one year. After that, I used TT for both and never had a problem. Explanations (if you have questions) are clear and helpful. Have not needed to used live assistance, but would assume they're top-notch. Have no intention of changing - until I can't do my own anymore. Hopefully, that's a long way off!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Assistants Were Helpful My husband had non-taxable income for disability and I had to get help to figure out how to enter. Lydia was great, she took the time to research to make sure we did it correctly and the system accepted.
