Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Works! My experience with working with the three agents who spoke on the phone with me were all very positive. They worked through some rather complex issues and allowed me to complete the forms with less headache than when I just did it myself. My only complaint is that the light grey type that is used upon data entry I sometimes find difficult to read.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nickle & Dime Great software, but the nickle and diming is out of control. Having to pay an extra $120 for having $20 in capitol gains is ridiculous. Especially when you're not told until the very end. Also, the constant recommendations to upgrade and subscribe to other intuit services is too much. I love turbo tax, mint, etc. But things seem to get worse on Turbo Tax every year with fees.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is relevant to today's market for taxes Everything went well. I think the payment requirement for paying with fed income return could have been more obvious and up front. I missed or was not informed until the last couple of screens. It was a surprise.
