The software randomly decides certain fields have not been properly filled and during the final filing stages starts talking about data issues. Keeps prompting error messages for specific fields but does not elaborate what exactly is causing the issue and which correction steps to perform.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax made it easy. Overall it was a good experience. It let me pick up where I left off. The one confusing issue was that it kept asking for a Cusip number for bonds and I didn't have any. The field was pre-field with "0" which made it invalid. I finally blanked it out and got through it. The instructions should be more specific like "if you don't have one, replace the zero with a blank (" ").

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product and easy to use Great product and easy to use. Easy import feature and using images of documents saved me time. Did use a tax prepare a few times in the past and always end up with same tax results for a lot more money.
