Rated 3 out of 5 by from For tax year 2022 Disappointed in updates this year. Only once have I seen the program automatically check for updates when opened. Three times I have had to manually update, and once I had to close and reopen the application to get it to update.

The software is presented in helpful way, makes it easier to understand with link that you can click for clarification. Also I trust them. I don't trust those other ones.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is aggravating The product is good at what it does. However, after clicking no to things I don't need 15 times, it should stop asking. Every time you log back in, you have to say no to their solicitations before you can get back to the screen you were working on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from User friendly. Not America friendly. I love how easy turbo tax is to use. It makes taxes simpler, I'll admit the original forms alone make my head spin. But the chokehold Turbotax has on the US government is discussing. We all know the US could just tell us what we owe. Unfortunately, both this company and the government benefit so highly from this financially that I guess I'll always be here, in this little box, complaining.
