Turbo tax has outgrown its ability to relateSo, It used to be easy to use turbo tax. If you encountered an issue it was relatively easy to contact someone that knew the tax software and/or get a tax professional to give you some specific guidance. Like any company that over-expands its horizons without the ability to stay connected to the customer base, they leave us hanging until we can figure it out on our own. Sorry they have gone that route.
