Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the most part Nearly everything was fine, except when you asked me a series of questions to determine whether or not I should claim the standard deduction, I answered one of the questions in error and I was not able to go back and correct it. I itemized all my deductions only to find out later that the standard deduction was my best option--a lot of work for nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Gets great deductions turbo Tax has been used for years. Generally the easiest process and best services, answers questions, and great refund experience. The new layout is frustrating somewhat because you need to walk through everything when an issue is found and maybe just want to go to a specific area to return to. Also, when it does the check, it would be great if it would go to the page it actually says there is an issue so you can see again what the questions were and what was missed, that is when it gets confusing. BUT overall, still the best software, and most helpful;. Those are suggestions, not deal breakers. You can also call and talk to someone
