There is live support in case you have some issues in your tax return and filing. E-filing is easy if there's no issue with your taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting harder to file w Turbotax Downloads too frequent. No option to continue without the long wait for Dl, extract, and install. Too many steps to E File. Yes I know security is a concern, but input Bank information four (4) times to E File Fed and state. Come on. Review process is clumsy. Screen flops up an item. What is it? How about go to the form so we can see the whole area where the "missing" item is located.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from YOU ARE THROWING IN TOO MANY ADS, ETC. BY THROWING IN SO MANY ADS AND OTHER THINGS EXTRANEOUS TO JUST THE TASK, IT IRRITATES ME. NEXT YEAR, I WILL THINK ABOUT ANOTHER VENDOR. THE EXPERT WAS VERY GOOD AND HELPFUL.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax still my go to but was annoying this yea I've been a TT user for many years. MANY. YEARS. This was the first time I have ever experienced a high degree of frustration. HIGH. DEGREE. I made six calls to Tech Support. SIX. It was surrounding technical issues. Call number 6, with Etha, was the Cash and Prizes winner and I was able to finish what I started. I will still use TT, but one more year like this one may have me rethinking. I still do not have a good answer as to the source of my problems, which is concerning for a repeat next year. Pretty sure it was a software glitch. Hope someone takes this review to hear. It would have been 5 stars, but for the level of frustration. You folks must do better next year.
