Turbo Tax is Easy to Use!Easy, super intuitive application. Walked me through the steps - asked me to review and proof my responses. Was very easy to navigate and I understood the entire process. I would recommend to anyone doing their taxes on their own. Offered options for refund advances and the ability to e-file taxes!

Turbo Tax has seen its day, I guess.1/2 Star. When will you have the download updates site working? I want to bypass this, but there is no button for bypassing the update line. I want a phone number for turbotax I have been trying to get this return done for three days. It is not my computer, it is your program.

ComprehensiveThough I used the basic plan ie Premium, the prompts were comprehensive and easy to follow. I liked the various links that explain the entire process all the way to end where you submit your file.
