The process is simple, especially when one considers the complexity of the tax code and the hundreds of elements that go into preparation and filing. The program did crash once - destroying 2 hours of work. Otherwise, it's been great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great!! I used to work for an accounting firm and we always used Intuit's products to file our returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. I'm just amazed at how far Intuit has come in making it easier for a professional like me to file my own return for businesses that I own now. I moved from away from the tax business so was thinking I needed to higher a CPA but nope, you guys made this easy! Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax - Incredibly Easy Once Again I've been using TT since MS-DOS days and TT has never failed me in all these years. TT has always been very, very to use - from installation to filing and beyond. As I transitioned to the Mac Universe, it transitioned seamlessly with me. I find the guided information gathering method to be the most efficient, complemented by easy form access when needed - which is very rare but sometimes informative. The most impressive feature, however, is the fully automated capture of investment and banking information. Thank you once again for a superb product.

I had confusing questions about filing with a new, foreign spouse and the expert help chat actually connected me with a REAL person, who was so helpful and effective. I was very grateful for that. I love the buttons that clarify all the confusing tax terminology
