I needed help twice this year, and both representatives were polite, patient, were able to answer my questions, and made me feel confident my forms were correct.

Also if strange issues occur with uploaded forms, deleting the original and manual uploading will typically solve your problems. Look at the options that aren't recommended to see if it's a better fit for you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed! Have used Turbo Tax for many years now. This is the first year I have been disappointed with the service and will look at others next year for the first time. I was forced to go from Deluxe to Premier because of one form, Schedule D, to list my capital loss carryover from last year. One form cost me $60, one item on one form. Not happy!
