Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, Helpful, Fluid I actually "like" doing my taxes each year because Turbo Tax is SO EASY to use. The Turbo Tax team is beyond HELPFUL and the software is FLUID! I am a mother (four teenagers) and educator by day, who also consults on educational curriculum and educational technology and the Turbo Tax software should be used to teach high school students all about taxes, finances, etc. It is AMAZING!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Losing Its Edge Turbo tax seems to be harder to use these days. I have been a user for years and it seems to be getting harder to use. Also, I am a MAC user and it won't do my Estate/Trust tax forms that I need. Lastly, I went to transmit my return at a cost of $100. It would not transmit til I updated the software. Then it charged me $110. So you stopped me from transmitting so until I ran the upgrade so you could charge me $10 more. Not good business.
