You fixed it! Awesome!
TurboTax denied access to company which the name was correct. After dealing with Chris and his supervisor the problem was solved successfully.

Why I'm giving you only 4 stars
I have used the Premium version of Turbotax/MacInTax since the early 90s. If you add up the yearly charges for all of these copies, it would be close to $2,000. I do however consider it well worth the cost. I like the way the EasyStep method lets you go at your own pace and either lets you enter taxable items yourself or will query you to make sure you don't forget anything. However way back in tax year 2000, I got caught at the end of the internet bubble with a substantial amount of Incentive Stock Options and therefore had to pay an enormous amount of AMT tax to both the Feds and the state (CA). Since AMT taxes are "credits", the Feds reimbursed the AMT Tax "credits" over a number of years in the early 2000s. But California never did. Instead using some of the AMT credit to pay down my state taxes and carrying forward the remaining AMT tax credit year after year on CA tax form 3510. To make a long story even longer, this has worked ok with Turbo Tax, except that on line 28 of CA tax form 3510, it wants me to enter the amount from Schedule P (541), Part III Line 10 from the previous year. I have to go to forms mode to do this and when I try to enter the amount (it's always been 0 on my taxes), it will not let me type anything. So I have to override this value. First off, TTax should carry this over automatically, since I imported info from the prior years TTax. But it should not require an Override in anywise. Also, I just tried to submit this (fortunately, after saving this review to a file on my computer). It would not let me submit it because it said I had to disable the ad blocker. I did that but it still did not take it. I am using the Safari browser on a Macintosh running Ventura. So I saved the text and opened this webpage using the Firrefox browser and it seemed to work ok.. I am not sure who is at fault here you or Apple. But this is certainly a bad look since you are asking for a review.

Who doesn't love tax time in the US!
Ahh tax time! Nothing like rolling up your sleeves and playing tax accountant, or cpa, or whoever other's pay to do their taxes for them. Thank goodness for capitalism and companies like TurboTax to help the 99.9% of us that aren't tax accountants navigate the yearly ritual of figuring out how much we owe the US government. Now, I have no problem paying my taxes because I love public education, roads, and all that good stuff. BUT enough with this ritual - we pay for basic turbo tax, but uh oh this year you have an unusual tax situation so you MUST upgrade to premium - congratulations you get to spend more money to pay taxes this year! Look at you go! And now, please remember to upgrade for full protection in case you mess up your taxes because again you are not really qualified to be doing this on your own now are you? No you aren't, but again here we are, having expectations. Imagine if the government just took the exact amount owed? I guess my dreams are just larger than capitalism. So, yes, use TurboTax, you need them, and you know you need them.
