Rated 3 out of 5 by from issues with states returns while most of product worked. Filing was cumbersome. There were issues with the state return not filing. State updates would not download. Initial error said it was a firewall/virus scan block, but it turned out to be and INTUIT problem. I could not just reload the state portion, but rather had to uninstall and completely reinstall the entire program. What other little glitch exist in the system? this should not happen
