Certain billing & payment pages have the "Back" & "Continue" prompts not visible for access thereby causing processing delays. The pages' scale needs to be adjusted to display the prompts before one can click on them. Otherwise, the whole process is perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from User Friendly and Thorough I've used Turbo Tax for several years and it remains user friendly and straight forward. It prompts you through the entire process and you can easily go back to edit any part of your return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disastrous 2022 software Turbotax software has been going downhill for last two years. For 2022 impossible to complete North Dakota state return non-resident. Filing by hand this year as software does not work. Spent 4+ hours on phones via three calls with customer support and they never fixed the problem. Will never use Turbotax ever again after nine years relationship.
