Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes tax prep and filing so easy I appreciate the step by step process that Turbo Tax takes you through, and the ease of importing W2 info from a pdf and importing all the tax forms from my investment accounts with just one click. I HATE typing in numbers so this saves time and aggravation. It's also easy to e-file and my return is accepted by the IRS right away. Have been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years and will keep using it.

There is always the useful "Back" icon to allow you to backup to previous pages. You can delete, review, edit, add. The tax experts in live chat are timely, responsive, and can view your screen if needed and desired.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax can't file return online! This is my second year using TurboTax and I am still having problems filing the returns online. They keep getting rejected even though I put the proper AGI in! Caveat emptor!!!
