They never notified us that they had failed, we only found out when we went looking for proof of our filing.We gave them all teh required information and hit next every time. Not worth free, let alone a pay product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from it sucks turbo tax sucks. only reason i still use it is it has all information from last year and it is easier to deal with a sucky website than find all my old tax information and enter it on a competitors website

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was forced to upgrade so I could complete form Apparently completing Schedule D to report capital losses is not included, so I was forced to upgrade. Seems like every little thing this year is behind a pay wall. Boo! I probably won't be using Turbo Tax next year.
