Rated 3 out of 5 by from East but EXPENSIVE! TurboTax does a great job. I never have any issues, and all explanations and help features are easy to understand. My only drawback is hoe expensive it is. A third of my combined state and federal return are used to pay for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Pricing Trick When I started, I'm pretty sure the price was $89. Right as I paid I suddenly noticed that price was $119 (109 + 10 tax). Throughout the process of working on my taxes, Turbo Tax periodically stops the whole process and tries to get the filer to upgrade. I guess I clicked on the wrong thing and that is why the price increase. I feel cheated because of this.
