Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Gave Me Trouble I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It seemed to give more problems this year than in past years. On the Federal Return the review came up with 4 instances where it wanted payer information such as address and zip code for 1099R's. However, the 1099R's had no information at all except my name, address and social security number. I rechecked all of my 1099R's and the complete information was there for all items. When I finished my state return (GA) I wasn't given the option to enter routing information for getting my refund direct deposited. I tried reviewing the return and looked at everything, but couldn't find any way to enter the information. So, guess I will just have to wait on a paper check and hope that it doesn't get stolen in the mail.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didnot read tax forms properly When uploaded my interest forms 1099-int Turbo tax just kept on importing incorrect information.It showed me infomation which was not even relvant and kepth on prompint to upgrade to a paid version when mine was a simple return

Removes all the anxiety of "doing taxes" with their step by step walk through...great upgrades this year TurboTax, I'll be back for year 9 next year!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Errors galore Its keeps telling me a 1099 MISC from Robhinhood is a business I had/worked for. It tells me to leave fields blank if they are blank some forms but then gives me an error, so I need to select them all for no reason. Time consuming and not user friendly.

TurboTax made it easy and the support I got form the Turbo Tax expert was great. She was patient, knowledgeable and and gave me the confidence that my tax returns were correct.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome, thanks so much! Very easy to use. The preliminary questions are very helpful, plus telling us what we will need to complete the forms. Some parts seemed a bit repetitive but I guess most of that is required by law. But there weren't any unexpected complications or surprises. Although there are a couple of sections you have to option to upgrade to the TurboTax Plus, it's not required.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax made easy I use to do my tax myself the long hand old way. Several years ago I started using turbo tax and it made my like easy. I switched to a different tax program for a couple of years and they messed me up big time for two years in a row. I switched back to turbo tax and having looked back.
