Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did not prompt me not to enter zeros I got stuck with this one section indicating that I had to enter a code - but did not give me an explanation as to how to fix it. I had to google the "Sch B..." and found an answer which required me to go back through and take out all zeroes. There should be a prompt that says "if you paid nothing, leave blank. Do NOT add a zero". Lost hours on this...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't have filed without them! This program took me step by step, giving me much needed confidence. A system for checking information allowed me to be sure everything needed was there and was correct. Great. I made calls for live help a couple of times and each experience was amazing. I was called back very promptly and dealt with kind, patient and highly knowledgeable experts. My concerns and questions were completely resolved with each phone call.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful for doing taxes I have been using Turbo Tax Premium for years. Has always been helpful in filing taxes despite the numerous life changes. I wouldn't know where to start if I had to do taxes on my own. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the service.
