Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very thorough I switched from another online tax service back to Turbo Tax and felt like Turbo Tax was more thorough in checking out all possible angles. However, when it comes down to the final review, I would like to be able to see the finished product BEFORE I actually pay and move on. I realize there would need to be some sort of restriction to keep users from printing out and mailing their return without completing the process and using/paying for Turbo Tax.

Through the filing process I had to contact some expert support to make sure I was in the correct path, but when I was ready to file my tax return, I went to view the form and noticed the my SSA-1099 wasn't include in the calculation, although I did imported from the beginning, so that's why I contacted support and talked to Neketa, and she was awesome!
