Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uour not so greate anymore for the average person Yes I did have the pleasure of spending over an hour today with one your employees just trying to file my return. I was down to the last steps and the software went circles just trying to process the audit setup. It was a disaster and went in circles until we found the correct web site to enter my updated password which I had done over five times. Your software lacks examples of how to do simple things that have nothing to do with filing a tax return. I have been a user over 25 years and your software becomes more complicated and lacks mapping of direction to go when filling out the forms. I would be better of going to a CPA. I am a mechanical engineer and I do not understand why your software is becoming more confusing to navigate than the tax code. This is not helpful. Seems like I need to go another direction.
